Q: What amenities are included with the venue rental?
A: Your rental includes access to our sound system, microphones, two large-capacity projection walls, tables, chairs, and linens, on-site restrooms, and free parking for all guests.
Q: Do you have projection or AV capabilities?
A: Yes! We're the only venue in Central Iowa area with two large-capacity projection walls—perfect for photo slideshows, presentations, videos, and custom visual displays. We also provide a sound system and microphone setups.
Q: Is there parking available?
A: Yes, we offer ample free on-site parking for all your guests, making arrival and departure convenient and stress-free.
Q: Do you have a kitchen or food prep area?
A: Yes, we have a kitchen prep area available for caterers and food service needs. Complete with two professional convection ovens, two full size refrigerators and freezers, an oversized 10 1/2' X 4' island for charcuterie, buffet-style meals set up, or desert bar.

Q: Can I bring my own caterer?
A: Yes! We welcome outside caterers and encourage you to work with vendors of your choice.
Q: Do I have to use specific vendors?
A: No, you're welcome to bring your own vendors for catering, photography, DJ services, decorations, and more. We want you to have the freedom to create your perfect event.
Q: Can I bring my own decorations?
A: Absolutely! Our space is designed to be customized with your decor, theme, and style. We'll work with you on setup and breakdown times. However, no tape, pins. or other are allowed on any wall surfaces.
Q: Do you provide catering services?
A: If you provide us your budget, and idea on what you want to have served, from charcuterie, through full service plated meals, or simple buffet style, we can create a turnkey experience for you and your guests. You're also welcome to bring any licensed caterer of your choice.
Q: Can I bring in a DJ or band?
A: Yes! Our venue is equipped to support DJs and live music. We provide a sound system, and there's plenty of room for band or DJ setup.

A: Yes, tables and chairs are included with your studio rental. Linen colors outside of black or white will have an additional charge applied.

A: Very flexible! Our open floor plan allows for countless configurations including theater-style, banquet rounds, cocktail tables, classroom-style, boardroom setup, and open floor space for dancing or movement-based events.
Q: Is there load-in access for vendors?
A: Yes, we have convenient load-in access for caterers, DJs, decorators, and other vendors to bring in equipment and supplies.
